Telephone, Postal Mail, Fax, or Email Orders
- Orders are placed and paid for online.
- Postal mail, fax, and email orders are not accepted. COD orders are not accepted.
- If you cannot use the sendamaile.com online shopping catalog, you may be using an outdated browser. To view content and place orders on our Web site, we recommend that you use the most recent version of Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.
- Sendamaile.com and Synapsid International Corp. currently accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Online credit card payment is processed by Stripe.com.
- Sendamaile.com does not accept credit card numbers delivered by email. You should never send credit card numbers by email, as it is not a secure practice.
- Tax may be applied to your order if it ships from the same state or province as your shipping address. Sales tax is charged in Illinois and New York and possibly in other states. Sales tax may be applied to shipping and handling charges.
Preferred Shipping Method
- The sendamaile.com online store uses the cheapest shipping method whenever it is deemed reliable. For this reason, the Sendamail-e online store chooses to ship your purchases through the United States Postal Service whenever possible. The cost of shipping will be determined by the total shipping weight of your order.
Shipping and Handling Charges
- The standard price for shipping and handling at this time for each mail-e item is USD $6.00.
- Normal shipping and handling takes 4-8 business days. Please note that these delivery dates are estimated times and are not guaranteed.
- In most cases, an undeliverable package will return to the purchaser. It is then the responsibility of the purchaser to re-ship the order.
- In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable we will contact the purchaser and attempt to re-ship the order.
- The purchaser is responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
- International orders will be shipped flat rate through the USPS priority mail flat-rate service. Charges will be determined by the size of the packaging required to ship your order.
- The sendamaile.com online store will attempt to ship to any country. If the package is undeliverable, it will be returned to the purchaser’s address.
- In the event that shipping charges are higher than estimated, you will be notified by email before the extra charges are made to your credit card.
- Tax and Duty Fees: If you are ordering outside the United States, your country may charge additional taxes or duties on your order when it enters your country. The purchaser is responsible for paying any additional charges.
- We reserve the right to refuse any sale at any time.

- We do not accept credit card numbers delivered by email. You should never send credit card information by email, as it is not secure.
Return and Refund Policy
- Any Mail-e that is ordered without a message can be returned within 30 days of sending if the product is returned in the same condition it was sent. The purchaser can request either a complete refund or a replacement.
- Any customized order (a Mail-e ordered with a message) cannot be returned for a refund.
- If the product is defective (due either to manufacturing or processing error) it may be returned for a replacement and Synapsid International will reimburse return shipping.
- The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the desired message is correctly entered into the online order. Your Mail-e carries your message exactly as you write it.
- An order may be cancelled within 24 hours of making the order by contacting sendamaile at (312)642-3318 or by emailing us at email@example.com.
